Three years ago, TRG was selling a lie.
We were selling elite administrative and sales strategies to founders whose core product infrastructure was fundamentally broken. We realized advising a founder on how to sell was useless if their software couldn't reliably talk to their physical hardware.
We went dark for 36 months.
We abandoned sales theory and mastered deep data science, bespoke software engineering, and physical/digital bridging. We stopped talking and started building.
